Buddah Bowl, Goddess Bowl, Dragon Bowl. Whatever you want to call them, they're freaken delicious! Not only is making these bowls easy, but they are super filling and full of a variety of nutrients. You can have warm bowls. You can have raw bowls. You can make extra so you have many bowls for leftovers.

Green Smoothies.

Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to give your body a boost of nutrient dense foods quickly. I like having one a day, in the morning. Adding some coconut oil or avocado is a great way to help stay full for longer.
