I’m a free spirit, urban hippy, adventure freak, and go-getter. I have wanderlust in my veins and one main goal in life; and that my friend, is to be happy. I’ve backpacked several countries, soaked in each culture, explored new views, and met some amazing souls along the way.
My discovery of holistic nutrition is like the beginning of a sappy love story. Slowly... and then all at once.
After my first backpacking trip to Australia, I not only realized just how awful I had been treating my body, but also how awful I felt. I knew that what I was putting in my body for the past 8 months had really harmed my health and my confidence. It took a while for me to finally take the plunge and enroll to college at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, but when I did, I knew that I had found my passion.
I’ve struggled with my weight, anxiety, and skin issues. I’ve also struggled with loving myself and trying to change. I want to be real and tell you something that I wish someone could have told me. You are not alone. (As cliché as it sounds, it’s true!)
I believe, with all my heart, the only thing any human desires is to be happy.
I believe that happiness lies in wholesome, natural, live, and good quality foods. Food. Is. Powerful. It can either help or harm you, and you can learn how to harness this power.
Sometimes, we go about it in the wrong way and look for happiness in the wrong places. Together, we can discover what will truly make you smile.
Good health is something we all take for granted, until we get sick. And when that happens, we reach for a quick fix that actually can harm us further. We’ve lost our connection to food. We don’t often take the time to grow it, prepare it, or sometimes, even make it.
Finding that connection will do powerful things for your health.

Fun Facts About Me...
I had travelled to 14 countries at 20 years old.
I like to randomly meditate in places. So if you see me sitting on a rock by myself just know, that rock was calling me, I’m not crazy, really.
My friends are my family. I value human relationships dearly.
My favourite movie is probably Batman the Dark Night but it also could be at a tie with The Little Mermaid, I haven’t decided yet.
I love animals and am an auntie to the cutest dog and cat.
When I’m not working you can find me snowboarding, soaking up the sun, dancing on tables, roadtrippin’, laughing at my own jokes, or looking at flights.
The ocean is my medicine. The sand is my grounding. The mountains are my future calling.
